MOPS
Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) is a ministry that exists to meet the needs of mothers in a caring atmosphere. Mothers have an opportunity to share concerns, explore areas of creativity, and hear instruction that equips them for daily responsibilities.
Mothers from all backgrounds are welcome; whether urban, rural, working or stay-at-home, teen, single, and married. Any mother with a child, birth through kindergarten, can attend.
Childcare
MOPS International has created the MOPPETS program for childcare during MOPS meetings. This program is full of fun activities and is taught by loving volunteers. Childcare is limited depending on availability, which is on a first come-first serve basis. Registration is required for both mothers and their children.
Location/Cost
MOPS meets September through May in the Adult Sunday School room from 9:30-11:30 am, on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. A $5 fee per meeting is required to cover meeting supplies. Also an anual fee of $24 is required to belong to the MOPS Mom Connection. With this registration you will receive a monthly magazine, a DVD, and other gifts.
